The Commercial Tower Park Avenue at phase one Silicon Oasis sold out

Madison Holdings FZCO, developers of the premier Silicon Boulevard project located in phase one of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) are pleased to announce that the commercial tower, Park Avenue has sold out within a few hours of the launch. 60% of their residential tower, Park Terrace adjacent to Park Avenue has been sold and has experienced extensive interest from both investors and end-users.
