Dubai Property News: Lands Deals worth AED 578m this week

Dubai Department of Lands and Properties this week concluded Dh577.9 million, which is the lowest value of land transactions compared to the past two weeks of this month.
The largest single deal in Dubai, in terms of the value of the property sold, took place in Al Barsha-1, where a plot changed hands for Dh72 million.
The next two largest deals involved a plot in Palm Jumeirah, which went for Dh50.8 million and another plot in Mirdiff, it sold for Dh16.1 million.
Mirdiff area was the most active in terms of the total number of deals, with seven transactions concluded there, while Al Rashidiya registered six sales.
Al Barsha-1 recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dh72 million.
