Dubai villa prices surged by 21% in the first half of 2005 while apartment prices fell by an average of 7.5%, according to the newely established Investment Boutique Index published for the first time today in Property Weekly. The apartment index is based on Dubai Marina, Jumeriah Lake Towers and the Jumeirah Beach Residence, while villas come from across Dubai.
