Dubai: A second batch of villas will go on sale today at Alvorada, the Portuguese-style community project being developed by Dubai-based Emaar Properties, the company said in a statement yesterday.
An earlier registration process was completed last month.
Alvorada is located between the Palmera and Mirador La Colección communities within Emaar's luxury property Arabian Ranches.
Alvorada villas are being offered with three to five bedrooms.
It is also close to the Desert Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by Ian Baker-Finch and Nicklaus Design.
Alvorada villas are being offered in six versions from 3,566 to 4,844 square feet and three to five bedrooms, the statement said.
Registration will be held from 10am to 4pm today at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre. A random draw by an external auditor will take place tomorrow, it said.
Selected applicants will be informed by SMS and email their registration number and invited to attend the launch on Thursday, June 30.
Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales, Emaar Properties, said: "Within the Arabian Ranches development, we have created Spanish and Santa-Fe styled communities and with our latest Alvorada offering, can provide investors and home owners an array of lifestyle options."
