Al Raha sales open

The first phase of Al Raha Gardens by Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties goes on sale today. A total of 363 townhouses and villas costing between $380,000 and $817,000 are being offered to UAE nationals only and are expected to sell out within hours.
