Land deals worth Dh81m concluded

Dubai: Dubai Lands and Properties Department concluded 11 deals worth Dh80.9 million yesterday.
The biggest deal took place in Al Nahda 1 where a plot sold for Dh19.8 million. The next two involved a plot in Al Mutaina which sold for Dh8 million, and another in Al Mizher 2 selling for Dh2.8 million.

Al Nahda 1 recorded the highest turnover at Dh19.8 million, followed by Al Mutaina, which registered Dh8 million in deals. Mirdiff recorded deals worth Dh4.5 million.

The biggest single plot to have changed hands was a 44,660-square-foot plot in Aweer 1.

Eighty-one mortgage deals worth Dh39.3 million were registered.
